Dhanusha, March 17 – A clash erupted once again on Monday in Bhathihan, located in Sabaila Municipality, Dhanusha, over the naming of a chowk (intersection).

As the conflict between the two groups intensified, the police fired shots to control the situation, injuring a young man.

The injured individual has been identified as around 20-year-old Santosh Yadav from Ward No. 1 of Sahidnagar. According to the District Police Office, Dhanusha, Yadav is currently receiving treatment at the Provincial Hospital in Janakpur.

The dispute began when one group put up a signboard naming the chowk as "Yadav Chowk," which the opposing group later removed, leading to tensions.
